1008.01 Lot Loading

(a) Unless otherwise allowed by this section, the maximum allowable loading of sewage for subsurface disposal shall be 2,000 gallons per day (GPD) per acre with the best soil and slope conditions.

1008.13 Easements and Flowage Easements

If effluent disposal is proposed to be on a lot other than the lot having the structure(s) that generate or will generate wastewater, a permanent easement shall be created for: the EDA, the sewage line, and access.
